Problem: Since the recognition of the quality of life of households, one of the most important social actors in the field of lifestyle, this study sought to examine sociological family caregivers' quality of life is Zanjan city. The main research question is: how is quality of life of families and households in the city of Zanjan? and what is the affecting factors on the quality of life among family caregivers of Zanjan what Methodology : The quantitative study was conducted using a survey method has been implemented in the data-gathering tool was a questionnaire. All heads of households in the city of Zanjan survey was conducted according to the results of the last census ( 1390 ) 110 943 the number of families using Cochran formula , 390 households were selected as the population studied and their supervisors were . In order to analyze the data , SPSS software partitioning has been used to investigate hypotheses based on the measurement of the variables and descriptive and inferential statistical techniques such as correlation coefficients ( Spearman coefficient ) and parametric statistical tests ( test t, analysis of variance , etc.) are used. Findings : Based on data collected between most variables (eg, age, education, marital status , etc) and there was a relation between lifestyle and its components . The correlation between social trust, quality of life and lifestyle and its components , there was a significant relationship .
