Today, the escape of girlsfrom home and its consequences is one themounting social concerns in lots of countries. The general statistics reveal that the issue is reaching crisis point, particularly in Iran. The present paper, which is part of a research project, explores the roleof families ingirls’ home-runaways, as a vulnerable group of the society. The adopted research method is descriptive-exploratory. In collecting data, instruments like documents and reports, questionnaires and interviews—conducted in Evin prison and rehabilitation centers—were employed. Relying on available sociological theories, the present research aims to investigate the family statuses and other factors effective in girls’ home-runaways, and subsequent delinquency of teenage and young girls in Tehran.

The main question is: "Is there a relationship between women's familial factors (family condition, social surroundings, and leisure time) and delinquency? This study is a descriptive research and its method is survey. This Research studied women in Ewin prison and welfare office in Tehran province in 1380’s. In this study, the sample included 104 respondents that are chosen by stratified random sampling. Advanced statistical methods such as correlation coefficient and regression are used to analyze data. Productivity and job satisfaction are among the important factors that should receive attention regarding development. Researches about the history of development and revolution of the industrial nations show that, the skillful and trained manpower has had an undeniable effect in changing the traditional societies into industrial ones.
Considering the significance of the subject matter, the present study has investigated the job position of a group of the graduates of economics, with regarding to the jobs that they were holding it was to investigate how much they liked or enjoyed their jobs. In this article, based on the nature of the study, the descriptive -inferential method was used and Chi-Square test was also used for data analysis.
The results of the study show that among the graduates of economics who have occupation in their own field, the expectation of income and position is not proportionate to their skills, and that results job dissatisfaction among them. That in return results in low occupational productivity among some of these graduates. Since the applied aspect of their job is considered more important and the productivity is paid more attention, they experience having low status in society.
