Results show that in the old bazaar, a lack of integration to the norms of the contract followed the severe punishments. Damage of non-compliance with ethical norms in economic activity or "economic ethics” are most of its profits, so the possibility of fraud and other acts contrary arrive the least possible. In such a social environment, economic exchanges accepted very easy and the cost was minimal. Today selfish individualism and instrumental rationality have increased in Tehran market and mutual trust and adherence to norms of morality had declined. Changes in the institutional structure of the market in Tehran have led to weak economic ethics and the market as a result of the economic environment of stability is less important for merchants. The results showed that the "value change" and "change in adherence to the norms of economic" have an average relationship. The relationship between "specific change-oriented" and "adherence to the norms of economic change" is fairly strong. Whatever "change particularisms" is more, "adhere to the norms of economic change" has also increased, but "changes in selfish individualism" has been stronger of both the variable.
