The aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between goal Orientations with spiritual intelligence and accountability in the second period of the high schools first-grade female students in Tehran. For this purpose 96 Students Were chosen randomly from 3 high schools in Tehran and the date was collected bycompleting three questionnaires (spiritual, intelligence, accountability and goal orientation) simultaneously. The findings showed there were significant differences between Goal Orientations belongingness and inner commitment of accountability. So student- who Have mastery orientation (approach or avoidance)-have more sense of belongingness and inner Commitment in comparison with other-who have other goal orientations .In relation, spiritual intelligence, the mean of scores was higher in students with mastery Approach goal orientation than performance approach and so as mastery-avoidance in Comparison with performance approach and performance avoidance was higher in 95 confidence interval.
