These crimes, characterized by complexity, specialization, and long-term impacts, significantly differ from traditional crimes. They undermine economic infrastructure, erode public trust, and destabilize societal frameworks. The legal sociology perspective emphasizes the interplay between legal systems and social structures in addressing such crimes. This study examines how criminal justice models can effectively respond to economic crimes by addressing their unique characteristics and broader social implications<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Materials & Methods</span></strong> <span>Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this research explores the theoretical foundations of legal sociology to understand the dynamics of economic crimes. The study investigates challenges in legislative, political, social, and enforcement domains that hinder effective responses to these crimes. Data were collected from legal and sociological literature, focusing on frameworks that integrate traditional, restorative, preventive, and punitive justice elements<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"> </span> <span> </span> <strong><span>Discussion & Result</span></strong> <span>The findings reveal that current legal frameworks are insufficient in addressing the complexity and systemic nature of economic crimes. Legislative gaps and outdated regulations create opportunities for exploitation, while enforcement is hindered by inadequate technological resources and weak oversight mechanisms, making detection and prosecution challenging. Political corruption and systemic influence further erode judicial independence and accountability, compounding the issue. Additionally, societal factors such as public unawareness of the far-reaching consequences of economic crimes and the normalization of corrupt practices weaken societal resilience and hinder collective efforts to combat these offenses<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span> <span>Conclusion </span> <span>The study concludes that an effective response to economic crimes requires a multifaceted criminal justice model that integrates traditional punitive measures with restorative justice to ensure accountability and repair societal harm. Strengthening legal frameworks and institutional oversight is critical to prevent exploitation and enhance transparency, while public awareness campaigns are necessary to improve societal understanding of economic crimes and their consequences. Additionally, the integration of advanced technologies for monitoring and investigation is essential to address the technical complexities of these offenses. A holistic approach that combines preventive, corrective, and restorative measures can rebuild public trust and fortify the resilience of legal and societal systems against the pervasive challenges posed by economic crimes<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span> در جامعه‌شناسی حقوق یکی از مقولات پیچیده ، مسئله «جرائم اقتصادی» است؛ اما پرسش اینجاست که جرائم اقتصادی از منظر جامعه‌شناسی حقوق چگونه قابل تحدید است؟ جرائم اقتصادی به‌عنوان کنش‌های غیرقانونی در حوزه‌های مالی و تجاری، شامل رفتارهایی نظیر اختلاس، کلاهبرداری و پول‌شویی تعریف می‌شوند. این جرائم با ویژگی‌هایی همچون پیچیدگی، تخصص‌گرایی، و پیامدهای غیرمستقیم و بلندمدت، از جرائم سنتی متمایز هستند. جرائم اقتصادی با تخریب زیرساخت‌های اقتصادی، کاهش اعتماد عمومی و ایجاد بی‌ثباتی اجتماعی، به یکی از پروبلماتیک‌های اساسی جوامع مدرن تبدیل شده‌اند. این تحقیق با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی، درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که الگوی عدالت کیفری در پاسخ‌دهی به جرائم اقتصادی از منظر جامعه‌شناسی حقوقی چگونه باید طراحی شود؟ یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که این الگو باید با در نظر گرفتن چالش‌های حقوقی نظیر ضعف قوانین جامع، چالش‌های اجرایی همچون ناکارآمدی فناوری‌ها و نظارت، چالش‌های سیاسی شامل نفوذ و فساد سیستمی، و چالش‌های اجتماعی از جمله ناآگاهی عمومی و عادی‌شدن فساد، طراحی شود. نتیجه‌گیری حاکی از آن است که ترکیبی از الگوهای عدالت سنتی، ترمیمی، پیشگیرانه و تنبیهی-ترمیمی، همراه با اصلاح قوانین، تقویت نظارت نهادی و افزایش آگاهی عمومی، می‌تواند پاسخی جامع برای مقابله با این جرائم و بازسازی اعتماد عمومی ارائه دهد. https://socialstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_9907_4d289c150fc83d36f5158512246e3bfe.pdf
