Abstract
The mid-1990s marked the beginning of the global Generation Z and the early 2010s marked its end, which coincides with the 1980s in Iran.The large population and the differences of this generation with previous population groups make it necessary to recognize the various dimensions of personality and understand their mental perception.The main goal of the research is to analyze the content of Iranian Generation Z studies and formulate new basic concepts related to this field.The descriptive-analytical research method is applied in terms of purpose with a qualitative meta-synthesis method in a specific time period and data collection using a library method.Out of 82 articles, 75 articles were selected and entered into the analysis stage as documents by conducting data screening. Research findings:The most research on Generation Z in Iran with a frequency of 52% in 1402, the type of scientific-research articles 46%, in the field of management and economics studies 30.4%, with 61% qualitative research method and 45% purposive sampling method.The dimensions that define the personality and activism of Generation Z in Iran have been identified:social(generation,social status,social issues)technological(digital identity,digital media,digital technology) economic and managerial(human resources, organizational management, branding)political(political construction) cultural(cultural identity, family institution,education and language,cultural anomie) psychological(social identity,mental health,mental anomie,corporeality).
