Abstract

Studying the social consequences of imposed war with the aim of paying attention to the issue of malfunctions in the military organization of space; Here, Laying mines of rural settlement areas and its human consequences has been done. The qualitative research method is based on semi-structured interviews with 32 local women . Findings showed that the Injured people are exposed to the risk of amputation, death and post-traumatic stress disorder during residential reconstruction, shepherding, farming, playing in the yard, manipulating war objects, demining, visiting war zones, collecting metal scraps. It is obvious that the continuous dysfunction of the space has had its effect on the formation of social relations of the residents during the war and after it. The geographic location of borderline unprivileged areas, the death and injury of people from childhood and the injury of low-income groups, generally farmers, shepherds, waste collectors, residents of rural areas, nomads, deeply increase a kind of social marginalization. This situation threatens and postpones the achievement of sustainable development due to the drop in human development indicators,. Therefore, it requires social welfare policies in accordance with the requirements of local communities.
