Abstract
The aim of this study was Social Dialogue Of Decent Work fulfillment. Social dialogue, an indicator of decent work, is the workers, the employers, and the state engaging in triple business associations and consensus attempts to determine economic and social policies Therefore, Social dialogue requires an effective organization of workers and employers. Social dialogue aims to reduce social tensions and conflicts, and generate solutions to economic and social problems through aligning the actions of various segments of the society. To future expand section, exports were interviewed, and for analyzing the data, theme analysis method was used.
The statistical population of the interviewees consisted of 16 senior Managers, Academic exports and Managers who work with the Human Reccource directly. The results obtained from qualitative analysis of the interviews culminated 5 basic themes (Indicators), 19 Organizing themes (components) and 92 global themes (dimensions).
