Abstract
This article deals with the contribution of nonverbal communication in three types of social interaction including verbal, nonverbal and paraverbal .Thus, in the first place it has paid attention to importance of nonverbal communication from sociological and social psychological perspectives in social interaction and then some kinds of nonverbal signals and cues that are recognized as more efficient in individual’s social perception has been mentioned. At the end consequences of the discussion has been summarized.
