Abstract
Among the changes that are underway, the most important is life style and moral relations. Revolution is underway, that’s how we think about ourselves and how we interact with others. Cultural changes and challenges effects on society, has become the subject of everyday social discourse.In this new era, modern culture has been able to spread itself through the mass media facilities.Modernism had major impacts on the moral characterizes. Sociologists have been many studies on this subject. In this study, based on secondary analysis and data of the sixth wave survey of the World Values Institute. The World Values Survey is a global network of social scientists studying changing values and their impact on social and political life, led by an international team of scholars. The WVS is the largest non-commercial, cross-national, time series investigation of human beliefs and values ever executed, currently including interviews with almost 400,000 respondents. Study shows some elements of modernism has significant relationship with moral characterizes. The study shows, increase of modernism led to a decrease in charitable organizations and philanthropic activities.
