Introduction
Generation in social sciences refers to a group that was born and lived in a similar period of time, most of them are almost the same age and their ideas, thoughts and intellectual and cultural tendencies and lifestyle are similar to each other. Generational study is a type of research that is based on the concept of generation. Although experts in the fields of humanities and social sciences have provided several definitions for generations, there is relatively little agreement on its definition, because it is very flexible concept and affected by different views.
The generational theory developed by William Strauss and Neil Howe describes a recurring generational cycle in American and Western history. According to this theory, historical events are related to generational characters. Each generational personality begins a new era, lasting about 20 to 25 years, in which there is a new social, political and economic atmosphere. In this well-known division of the generation that is related to the United States of America, Specifically, the period about generation Z is compatible with the history of generation z in Iran.
The further we go in this division, the shorter the time span of each generation: 1. From 1920 to 1945 (between the two world wars) is the "traditionalist" generation; 2. From 1945 to 1965, this generation belongs to the generation born after the war; 3. From 1965 to 1980 is generation (x); 4. From 1980 to 1995 is generation (Y); 5. From 1995 to 2010 is generation (z).
The large population of Generation Z in the world, their behavior, specific ways of thinking and lifestyle, familiarity and mastery in the use of technology, as well as the continuous use of the Internet, smart phones, social networks and online services to deal with daily affairs, this It has placed the generation in a different position from previous generations.
In order to create an understanding of the living space and mental environment of the citizens of this generation, there is a need for a scientific investigation and study in this field, and for this purpose, we have collected all the researches conducted in 2023 through scientific and valid entries in order to format new from the mentioned studies, to answer these questions, is this generation really a global generation? And in which scientific-specialized fields and geographical areas have the most researches been focused on the characteristics and lifestyle of Generation Z?

Materials & Methods
The present research has been carried out in terms of practical purpose and in order to create a reliable knowledge and a new format of the major global studies of Generation Z in the time frame of 2023. Considering the main goal of the research is to present a conceptual model of the global studies of generation z based on the defined indicators, the researcher is looking for the themes extraction and the main concepts related to the research topic.
Considering the need to specify the subject, time, place and object of scientific research, it should be said: the statistical population of this qualitative research includes all the researches and studies found in the one-year period of 2023 related to generation Z. The current research is a descriptive-analytical method in terms of its nature, which is organized by the qualitative content analysis method.
Data collection was done by library method, out of 104 related studies found, 80 articles were selected to discover and extract basic concepts and dominant themes. Due to the lack of use of theoretical theories and frameworks, the atmosphere of this research is based on inductive reasoning and observation, which was completed with the qualitative method of content analysis, in order to identify and analyze existing documents.

Discussion & Result
The findings of the research have determined: generation z with a population of approx 20% of the entire world community and despite their behavior, specific lifestyle, access and mastery in the field of technology as well as the continuous use of the web world, smart phones, social networks and services Online to deal with daily affairs, it has been placed in a different position from previous generations and as the first global generation of young people.
Considering the age range of global generation z, which includes those born between the 1995s and 2010s, the citizens of this generation are mostly in the student period of high school, in the middle of the student period and sometimes they are attracted to the job market.
In addition to the issue of education and educational advancement The training of this generation as an expert, technology-oriented workforce and also as parents of the next generations was one of the most important things that has been emphasized in the aforementioned studies, especially in the field of "management and economics".
