Social life in the field of women has sometimes been the place of emergence of a liberating and action-oriented force, and sometimes it has found an artificial aspect due to power relations. This research focuses on Foucault's specific narrative about subjectivity and becoming a subject, genealogy and history. The method of this research is qualitative and genealogical. These documents were extracted from the library of the Islamic Parliament, the archive of documents and research hall, and the national library, and their authenticity and validity have been confirmed. Also, in order to better understand the women's narrative and present the local history of Ilam women, a semi-structured interview was conducted with a number of Elamite women. The findings show that historical events of a hundred years have led to the formation of femininities of a confined, hegemonic, bureaucratic, heroic and demanding type. According to the results, Elamite women's subjectivities are influenced by historical events such as; Settlement of nomads, implementation of rural development plan, land reform, activity of political parties, development of administrative system, occurrence of Islamic revolution and war and development of higher education system in connection with these developments have created.
