چکیده
این پژوهش مقایسه تطبیقی تجربه زیسته زنان و مردان هیأت علمی از آثار و پیامدهای دورکاری و قرنطینه خانگی در ایام کرونا است.

روش پژوهش پدیدارشناسانه، تجارب زیسته 30 نفر از زنان و مردان هیات علمی دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگاه‌ها را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بهره برده است. فرایند تحلیل در سه سطح کلان انجام شده است.

یافته‌های پژوهش، برخی از آثار و پیامدهای مثبت در بین زنان و مردان شامل پررنگ شدن جایگاه اینترنت و فرهنگ دیجیتال، احیاء سفره‌های خانوادگی و اخلاق ارتباطی در میان اعضای خانواده، بازگشت جایگاه بالای خانواده و رشد فکری فرزندان، افزایش تاب‌آوری، کاهش ساعات باطل، فاصله گرفتن از سخت‌گیری‌های کاری، بی‌تأثیری نقش همکاران، آشنایی فرزندان با شغل والدین، افزایش فعالیت‌های پژوهشی، مدیریت زمان، ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی بدون مرز، احساس همدلی و ایجاد زنجیره انسانی مجازی بوده است. برخی از آثار و پیامدهای منفی: افزایش تنش‌های خانوادگی و اضطراب، ایجاد هزینه تحمیلی به سبد هزینه‌های خانواده، ایجاد فرسودگی و فشار فزاینده کار و مسئولیت، افزایش سطح انتظارات اعضای خانواده، بروز تنش میان فضای کاری و زندگی در خانه، اعتیاد به فضای مجازی، وجود عوامل پشتیبانی نامناسب و وجود روزمرگی و خستگی روانی است.

چکیده English

Abstract
 
The discussion has been about the comparative comparison of the lived experience of women and men of the academic faculty of the effects and consequences of remote work and home quarantine during the Corona period.
This phenomenological research has examined the lived experiences of 30 men and women faculty members of participating universities and research institutes with the aim of discovering and describing the effects and consequences of remote work and home quarantine during the Corona period. In order to collect data, the research used a semi-structured interview with a purposeful sampling method. The analysis process has been done in three macro levels.
Based on the findings of this research, some of the positive effects and outcomes among men and women include the strengthening of the Internet and digital culture, the revival of family tables and communication ethics among family members, the return of the high status of the family and the intellectual development of children, the increase resilience,Reduction of idle hours, distancing from work rigors, neutralizing the role of colleagues, familiarizing children with their parents' jobs, increasing research activities, time management, creating job opportunities without borders, feeling empathy and creating a virtual human chain. Some of the negative effects and consequences include increasing family tensions and anxiety, creating an imposed cost to the family's budget, creating burnout and increasing pressure of work and responsibility, increasing the level of expectations of family members, tension between work and home life, addiction to virtual space. , the existence of inappropriate support factors and the existence of everyday life and mental fatigue.

Introduction

Materials & Methods


This phenomenological research has examined the lived experiences of 30 men and women faculty members of participating universities and research institutes with the aim of discovering and describing the effects and consequences of remote work and home quarantine during the Corona period. In order to collect data, the research used a semi-structured interview with a purposeful sampling method. The analysis process has been done in three macro levels.

 
Results and Discussion


I Based on the findings of this research, some positive and negative effects and consequences were observed among men and women. Some of the positive effects and outcomes among men and women include the strengthening of the Internet and digital culture, the revival of family tables and communication ethics among family members, the return of the high status of the family and the intellectual development of children, the increase resilience,Reduction of idle hours, distancing from work rigors, neutralizing the role of colleagues, familiarizing children with their parents' jobs, increasing research activities, time management, creating job opportunities without borders, feeling empathy and creating a virtual human chain. Conclusion

Based on the findings of this research, male and female faculty members of universities and research institutes stated that in the context of the Corona pandemic, where all people are involved in this pandemic, a "sense of empathy" and a "virtual human chain" have been created between members of society. Some female and male faculty members have pointed out the negative effects and consequences of teleworking and home quarantine, such as increased family tensions and conflicts, the creation of individual and family crises such as psychological and emotional tensions, increased expectations from family members, feelings of mental exhaustion, etc. In a way, the women and men members of the faculty have tried to have a constructive encounter with this virus, despite its existence, positive and negative effects and consequences, by applying collective wisdom and common sense and adopting prudent measures.
