This study aimed to investigate the relationship between social capital and mental health of high school teachers of first and second region of arak city is done. Method was survey, population 1,745 high school teachers of first and second region of arak city, random sampling stratified volume of the sample using Morgan table 320 is selected the number using the questionnaire made Goldberg and Hiller mental health questionnaire (GHQ) have questioned the assessment. After the validity and reliability of researcher – made questionnaire, data is collected and analyzed using SPSS software has been. The findings showed that the relationship the two dimensions of social capital and its components, interpersonal trust, civic trust, social trust, emotional support, financial support, intelligence support, and social support by the dependent variable of mental health, statistically significant meaningful, and the relationship is linear, was negative. Also, the independent variables in the regression model, the variables of interpersonal trust, civic trust, support information, emotional support, and financial support could explain 34% of variability.
