بررسی رابطۀ جهت‏گیری‌های هدفی با هوش معنوی و مسئولیت‌پذیری بین دانش‏آموزان دختر سال اول دورة دوم متوسطۀ شهر تهران

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه جهت‏گیری‏های هدفی با مسئولیّت‏پذیری  و هوش معنوی در بین دانش‏آموزان دختر سال اول دوره دوم دبیرستانهای شهر تهران بود. بدین منظور96 نفر از دانش‏آموز از سه دبیرستان دولتی به صورت تصادفی به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شدند و سه پرسشنامه هوش معنوی (ناصری،1387)، مسئولیّت‏پذیری  خانه و مدرسه (کردلو،1389) و جهت‏گیری هدف (الیوت و مک گریگور،2001) که به طور همزمان تکمیل کردند، داده های خام جمع آوری شد و پس از نمره گذاری پرسشنامه ها، یافته ها نشان داد که جهت گیریهای هدفی تنها با مؤلفه‏های احساس تعلق و تعهد درونی متغیرمسئولیّت‏پذیری رابطه معنی‏دار دارند و با مؤلفه‏های احساس امنیت عزت نفس تعهد بیرونی متغیر مسئولیّت‏پذیری  رابطه معنی‏دار نبود. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که دانش‏آموزانی که دارای جهت‏گیری تسلط(گرایشی یا اجتنابی) بودند احساس تعلق و تعهد درونی بیشتری در مسئولیّت‏پذیری در مقایسه با دیگر دانش‏آموزان با جهت‏گیری‏های هدف دیگر بود.همچنین یافته ها نشان داد بین میانگین‏های هوش معنوی دانش‏آموزانی که جهت‏گیری هدف غالب آنها "تسلط گرایشی" است با دانش‏آموزانی که دارای جهت‏گیری "عملکرد گرایشی" هستند، تفاوت معنی‏داری وجود دارد، به طوری که میانگین نمرات هوش معنوی آزمودنی های "تسلط گرایشی" بالاتر از دانش‏آموزان "عملکرد گرایشی" است. همچنین دانش‏آموزان تسلط اجتنابی، نسبت به دانش‏آموزان دارای عملکرد گرایشی و عملکرد اجتنابی، از میانگین هوش معنوی بالاتری برخوردارند. تفاوت بین بقیه گروه ها معنی‏دار نبود. چکیده English

The aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between goal Orientations with spiritual intelligence and accountability in the second period of the high schools first-grade female students in Tehran. For this purpose 96 Students Were chosen randomly from 3 high schools in Tehran and the date was collected bycompleting three questionnaires (spiritual, intelligence, accountability and goal orientation) simultaneously.  The findings showed there were     significant differences between Goal Orientations belongingness and inner commitment of accountability. So student- who Have mastery orientation (approach or avoidance)-have more sense of belongingness and inner Commitment in comparison with other-who have other goal orientations .In relation, spiritual intelligence, the mean of scores was higher in students with mastery Approach goal orientation than performance approach and so as mastery-avoidance in Comparison with performance approach and performance avoidance was higher in 95 confidence interval.
