گفتگوی اجتماعی الزامی برای تحقق کارشایسته

چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق گفتگوی اجتماعی الزامی برای تحقق کارشایسته می باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی بوده و داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با متخصصان حوزه منابع انسانی گردآوری گردید. داده های پژوهش شامل اسناد بالادستی، متون و نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه با 16 نفر از متخصصان دانشگاهی و خبرگان سازمانی که به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده های حاصل از مصاحبه با تحلیل مضمون مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که الگوی گفتگوی اجتماعی با توجه به شرایط کشور ایران شامل 5 مفهوم (مضمون فراگیر)، 19 بُعد (مضمون سازمان دهنده) و 92 مولفه (مضمون پایه) است. در پژوهش حاضر سعی شد الگویی از گفتگوی اجتماعی ارائه شود که مجموعه ای از عوامل موثر درگفتگوی اجتماعی مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گیرد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد بعضی مولفه های بسترسازی، ایجاد ساختار، اعتمادسازی و مرحله نهادینه سازی با توجّه به شرایط کشور ایران باید مورد بازنگری قرار بگیرد.

چکیده English

The aim of this study was Social Dialogue Of Decent Work fulfillment. Social dialogue, an indicator of decent work, is the workers, the employers, and the state engaging in triple business associations and consensus attempts to determine economic and social policies Therefore, Social dialogue requires an effective organization of workers and employers. Social dialogue aims to reduce social tensions and conflicts, and generate solutions to economic and social problems through aligning the actions of various segments of the society. To future expand section, exports were interviewed, and for analyzing the data, theme analysis method was used.

The statistical population of the interviewees consisted of 16 senior Managers, Academic exports and Managers who work with the Human Reccource directly. The results obtained from qualitative analysis of the interviews culminated 5 basic themes (Indicators), 19 Organizing themes (components) and 92 global themes (dimensions).
